oh man sounds exactly like what happened to mine. i got a 91 integra with 110,000 miles on it but i knew i had a blown head gasket cause i had a leaking hose that goes from like the head to the block so we replaced it and i had black smoke and white smoke coming out the exhaust and milky coolant. and it overheated so bad i melted my spark plug wires but my advice is don't drive it anymore UNTIL you know the problem for sure cause i thought i just had a blown headgasket but now my head is in the machine shop cause it is warped and now i gotta replace a timing belt, head gasket set, spark plug wires, a new thermostat and clean the carbon and grind the valves and get a new pcv valve and it's going to cost me $500.00

The radiator fans weren't coming on?
They should... at a coolant temp of about 205°F.

Had you replaced the coolant temp switch when you did the thermostat... the overheating condition would likely never have happened.

Assuming that only the head gasket failed, you may be in relatively decent shape.

But since the car was run at full hot, I'd have a machine shop verify that the cylinder head mating surface is square and not warped.

Worst case scenario, you may need to strip the head down and have it milled.

Worst of worst case scenarios, you may need to replace the cylinder head.
