see now that time you gave relevent comments, I wasn't trying to be a dick about it, I do understand where you're coming from. I just wanted you to understand where I'm coming from as well. Now see b/n everyone's comments I have another step complete in my mapped out plans... I appreciate your input. Also I didn't make a thread about doing my own sleeves, I was just trying to get a better picture of what they were, so on and so forth, granted yes I know I could do the work myself, but truely it sounds like building a new block from the bottom up seems to be the best course for me due to daily driving...

I could build the motor in my closet at my apt, then drop it in when it's complete! Yes sounds wierd, but my closet is more or less my toolshed, mixed in with my clothes... Does anyone know where I can get a good motor stand so that I can support it?

here's three different stands you could get. You might also wanna check some local stores to see if there are any simply for the sake of convenience, but I'd definitely recommend getting it from this online store.

Some guy just got his done for 750 in 1.5 weeks at Golden Eagle, might wanna look into them. But save up more money first. Might have to bear with driving the Rodeo for a bit while the engine is being built. Good luck with the gas costs =P. Of course once you finish your build I bet your mileage won't be that great either.

well u can get ahold of many performance shops online that will do it, or contact say darton sleeves directly as i did and get what u need... ive spoken with the sales manager for darton and he is very helpful with getting any information u would need. and btw u can purchase the sleeves by themselves, i ordered my darton sleeves right from darton and had them shipped to my shop...
