Default Suspension upgrade (Spring Chart)

I'm thinking of upgrading my DC2 R suspension. After the experience of this last track day I decided I should go ahead with an upgrade.

I did the following chart: http://pwp.netcabo.pt/pedrovtec/forum/spring.htm

Any sugestions or corrections are welcome!

I was thinking of spending around 800-900USD.

Cya.

You want a suspension for track days?

If so, I'd suggest Bilstein Sports or Koni (modified for double adjustability) with GCs with rates of your choice.

I wouldn't even consider a non threaded sleeve/body setup if you do a fair amount of track driving.

I think your right, just read an article on Sport Compact Car where they say that just lowering the car you can do even worse for you car handling. According to them you can even worse body roll and grip. They recommend you always use hard springs and adjustable coil-overs.

Thanks

that chart's information is NOT correct on a lot of things, specs are wrong

but yes sport compact is somewhat right

you want your spring rates to match your shocks

so you wouldnt want to use stock shocks with like skunk2 coilovers dropping the car 3 inches...

i will be selling my Bilstein Shocks and H&R springs soon, if you need them

they havent been used too long

Can you please indicate the non-correct data so I can update the chart?
