that chart's information is NOT correct on a lot of things, specs are wrong

but yes sport compact is somewhat right

you want your spring rates to match your shocks

so you wouldnt want to use stock shocks with like skunk2 coilovers dropping the car 3 inches...

i will be selling my Bilstein Shocks and H&R springs soon, if you need them

they havent been used too long
