greasing throw out bearing
hi guys another question, i have post before about a squeaky clutch from my car, i already had my clutch adjusted from the pedal coz the squeak seems to stop just enough to take up the play of the pedal thats why my mechanic adjusted it just enough to take out the play, it worked no problem, but i noticed when the car is still not warmed up yet the clutch area squeaks louder than before, the squeak stops after 10-15 minutes when it's all warmed up, you can also hear it while the car is running at lower rpm.so my question is there any way to grease the throw out bearing without dropping the tranny? thanks i advance.

my mechanic will try to spray some wd40 through the rubber sleeve that is located on the tranny area i think that's the cylinder, hopefully that one would work, if not he needs to drop the tranny to put grease on the bearing coz clutch and bearing has only been replaced 2 months ago so i thnk it still in warranty.

well the mechanic already sprayed some wd40 through the cylinder and it didn't work, it is still squeaking, so i got no other choice but to ask him to drop the tranny and grease the bearing or probably replace it, i hope his not gonna get pissed im not gonna pay anything for that it's only been 2 months ago since i rplace the clutch and the t.o. bearing, and it's not my fault.i'll give him a call tomorrow first thing.

He didn't do it right the first time, so he has no right to be pissed off. There should be some sort of warranty and if he can't stand behind his work when something goes wrong, you should find a new mechanic.
While he is at it, you should have him put an OEM throwout bearing in there that he has triple checked for proper lubrication.
