I don't have a site or anything for specific instructions but this is how I did it:

1. Bumper should be fully removed and ready to mount the intercooler. There are two hard lines in the front of the AC condensor that need to be moved. If you look into the front of the bumper, you should see what I am talking about. The front one needs to be moved behind the back one. Bolt them back in with them switching positions.
2. There is a hole that the top bracket of the intercooler fits into perfectly on the radiator support. Bolt the intercooler up to this hole.
3. Tighten the bolt and let the intercooler hang.
4. Connect all the charge piping and tighten the hose clamps.
5. When the time comes to put the bumper back on, do so like normal. The drivers side of the splash guard needs to be cut to accomodate the charge piping. Cut it and then mount it. Take the other two bolts Greddy supplies for mounting the intercooler and secure the splashguard with them. They bolt into the bottom two brackets of the intercooler. This will keep the splashguard from hanging and it will secure the intercooler completely.

I wouldn't recommend mounting the intercooler until you have the kit to install because you will have to remove the bumper twice, which sucks ass, if that is why you are asking.

You may have to do a little more trimming of the bumper to get it to fit back on, but it is the same principle.

A dremmel would help but may be a little pricey for what you are using it for. If you have a hacksaw and a drill, you should be just fine without the dremmel.

Damn this sounds exciting. Hopefully I can afford the same setup by next summer!

Just wait until I up the boost to 10 psi and get it tuned with a stand alone ECU. I don't really care if I beat STIs or EVO's. I paid less than 10k for the whole car and mods and if I am keeping up with them in their $30k+ stock cars, who is the loser then?

Good Job Shmoo. Im gonna get tuned 10 psi and pulling close to 270whp with bigger injectors and standalone ecu. Schmoo, what software does Crome use. Some dyno need the software in order to tune my car. There is one shop that does tune for Crome but they charge 240 per hour.

I don't know where you can find Chrome, but if you can't find anyone to tune it, try finding someone to tune uberdata. You can download it from the site I gave you for free.

10 psi on the Greddy turbo will not even get you close to 270 whp even with the standalone ECU and injectors. You will see around 230 whp or more depending on other mods that will help the turbo and the engine breathe better.
