The slim fan should be fine. A part of the shrouding for the AC condensor fan needs to be cut for the wastegate to have room and the main AC line that runs between the fans needs to be bent out of the way. So, yes, I am still using the stock fan and I just had to cut a little part out of it.

Also, I forgot that the upper bracket that holds the radiator on needs to have a little part cut out where the screw goes in so that it can be pulled back a little bit.

Power steering is fine since the compressor housing is on the other side and the filter goes up away from the drivers side.

I just used a basic can of black spray paint and I sprayed just one thin coat of paint so as not to upset the heat transferring properties. I also just sprayed the side that shows. I didn't bother with the side that people never see.

I have a thicker radiator bro as you can see on the top with a pic of my engine bay. Will i be able to squeeze it in to fit. I barely have room right now from the header

You may have to struggle a little to get the fans back in, but the radiator should move forward a little when you modify the bracket to give you more room. The turbo and manifold don't take up as much room as you think. Do-able, yes. With some possible modifications, probably.

Pretty damn good. I don't open it up much but even with normal driving, the extra torque and power are amazing. It will throw unsuspecting passengers back in their seats. It has some torque now, so freeway driving is ever so fun when before I was flooring it and waiting for the gerbils to run faster.
