Default fast way to sup up a non vtec 1.8l

how can i get my power up to a quick 200hps with out spending over 1500

custom turbo I would say its the only way.

I remember in an old issue of SCC, some kid asked the same question. The guys at SCC took his car and ripped off all the panels, and gutted the car until it was a rolling frame and engine, i think the car ran 12's or something. I wouldnt go to that extreme but removing parts of the interior is free and can make your car quicker.

Easy to install, cheap, and fast. Just make sure you tune the car properly and don't abuse it.

A good ol fashioned intake should do the trick. An AEM V2 will give you at least 75 horses.
