that is not going to get you anywhere near 180hp. half of what you listed isnt going to do a damn thing.

Actually, assuming you have an auto, with all of those mods, you'd probably push 110-120whp... And you have an Auto, so if you're planning on putting a flywheel on there, let me know, because I'm really curious how that will work.

These mods will have very little gain, if any...particularly with an automatic transmission. With an auto, you cannot fit a lightweight flywheel because of how an auto transmission operates.

The cold air intake and exhaust will give you 5-7 hp. The "chip" will grant you another 5-7hp. And the "spiral max" - a product similar to the Tornado™ - is nothing more than an obstruction to air flow.

In other words, you'll be lucky to make 130hp at the wheels with your planned mods.

When I made my suggestions, I assumed you had a manual transmission car. If you're stuck with this automatic Integra, I'd focus on suspension tuning instead.
