even if pistons are damaged , its a good deal, u can pick up new stock pistons for like 40 ea.

thats kinda high for a 96 SE I know the miles are low but damn thats high.

there's a 99 gsr asking 3000, just need some body work, what do you guys think?

who cares, if it is beyond fixing you can make more than 3000 just parting it out.

It was in perfect condition, no accidents and fully loaded tho.... And the low mileage is why i got it. I dont buy cars with more than 70,000 miles on them

the best deals are high mile cars. if you know your way around a car, and dont mind taking a chance that you may have to turn some wrench, you're missing out.

i bought my 94 LS in august of '03 with 199k for 1200 bucks with a brand new Alpine 8" Type S sub, 2 amps (both no namers) and a brand new Alpine deck... so the stereo gear was worth at least 600 bucks.... so the way i look at it, i got a 94 LS for 600 bucks :dunno:

edit: the only real trouble this car has given me was a fried distributor but that was 20 minutes of work in the driveway and the car was fixed...
