Default Question about lower and coilovers/springs

I am interested in dropping my car slightly. What would you guys suggest for a moderate drop that looks good, isn't too low, and helps to fill my wheel wells between my 15" fat fives.

Also, opinions on what I need to do so would be nice. Do I just need a set of good coilovers/springs, or struts or what? I don't have much knowledge on this topic. Thanks!

Eibach springs are good. I have them on my 99 GSR. 2 inch drop with stock tires and wheels

ive got eibach pro kit lowered it 1-1/3 which i think is perfect im runnin on 16's wrapped in 40's and theres about 1/2to 3/4 of and in. gap in the front and smaller in the rear i bolted on my stock 14's wraped in 60's and it sat just as good with a slightly smaler gap so ill recommend the eibach prokit and dont forget to get new gas pressurized shocks for a nice better than factory smooth ride

I would recommend coilovers. I have springs now and I hate them. They make my car too low and I can't adjust the ride height. If you decide you want to go lower than maybe 1.5 inches, then you still can without changing out the springs.

Coilover sleeves suck. If you want adjustability, get a true set of coilovers with adjustable ride height and shock damping.

I have H&R sport springs, and I love them. 1.75" drop front, 1.5" drop rear...IMO leaves the perfect gap. Ride quality is good, handling is great.

I would also replace the shocks at the same time while you're already doing the work. It will make the ride quality a lot better, improve handling, and won't blow like the stockers.

i have neuspeed coilovers. no adjustable bilstein shocks with neuspeed race springs. its slammed right now, but rides pretty damn good and handles even better.

I used a set of Tien S-Tech on my Rs. They drop a GSR or LS about 2.5in on front and 1.7in on back. They're a little less on the R. They look good on the stock 15's. Would require a camber kit in the back at least. The rear tires (Nitto 205/50's) wore well under a year on the inside. The front is still like new. Just a suggestion.
