Coilover sleeves suck. If you want adjustability, get a true set of coilovers with adjustable ride height and shock damping.
I have H&R sport springs, and I love them. 1.75" drop front, 1.5" drop rear...IMO leaves the perfect gap. Ride quality is good, handling is great.
I would also replace the shocks at the same time while you're already doing the work. It will make the ride quality a lot better, improve handling, and won't blow like the stockers.
