Default Exhaust Buzzing Noise

About a week ago I noticed a buzzing noise from my exhaust when I accelerate. It seems to be getting worse. Do I have an exhaust leak? I have a '95 LS - all stock.

Starts at around 1,500 rpm, gets worse as engine speed increases. I think my heat shield was already removed some time ago.

I'm at around 72,000 miles - which is the a pipe?

A few years ago I know I had one of the pipes replaced, but not sure which one. I guess they used a cheap one?

the stock header has 2 pipes at the collector (a-pipe): the outside pipe, and then an inside pipe - both separated by a weld. this weld will break and the internal pipe will then rest on the outside pipe and vibrate.

Will the header need to replaced, or can this be welded? Will ignoring this for a month or so cause any more damage/side effects?

I had the same problem before and found the muffler shop I went to used the wrong type of bolts that connect my catalytic converter to my exhaust piping. I would try here first cause its pretty simple fix. hope that works for you.

Thanks for all the replies. Upon more closely listening, the sound seems to be coming from underneath the drivers seat and perhaps the engine bay. I'm also noticing a decrease in power.
