I have a 97 LS. The problem is there seems to be times when I am driving around I my car just doens't seem to have as much power as other times when I do. I was wondering if it had something to do with the fuel injection system or what? I know I need to get a new catalytic converter, but I don't think it would make me lose that much power at times, or would it?

 

Do you turn anything on those times when you feel the power loss... like A/C or anything like that? A/C kills performance... big time... why do you need a new Cat?

 

I don't have the a/c on or anything. The reason I need a new cat is there is a hole in it at the moment, and when a tech. told me it was clogged or something around those lines.

 

Don't all Honda motors have a switch to off A/C at WOT?
