the heat shield over my cat is rattling to no end. a few months ago i wormclamped it, but it still made a noise. i have since taken the clamps off, what have you guys done to take care of this problem? i don't really feel like removing it either.

I ended up having a small rock that got stuck in there. I beat the hell out of it trying to knock the rock loose but I had to take the heat shields off eventually to get it out. Took me forever to figure out it was a rock in there...maybe you should take the heat shields off and check? I know it's a pain, but if the rattle bugs you as much as it did me then an hour worth of work to possibly fix it is well worth it.

 

don't i have to remove the exhaust? i don't really have the utilities at this time to do that

 

first try to bend it about and see if it stops. It worked for a while but then it started back so I took it off

 

did u guys jack up ur cars and put it on a stand? cuz i want to do that but the jack points are so small and dunno how to jack it up and leave it on stands.

There are many spots on the Integra that you can use to jack up the car and/or use jack stands. Here's a link to an article that points a few out for you...
