how do you make your shifter sit low?

No offense but personally I think having the shifter sit that low looks kind of dumb.

1CleanLS, all you have to do to keep the shift boot against the knob is put a washer or zip tie on the shifter at the height you want the top of the boot to sit. It will hold the boot up there just fine.

i know, i know, you gave me the business when i first posted pics of it, is there ever mercy? :fawk:

and for people that havent piped in with "but it doesnt do anything" yeah, i know, i didnt want it to "do anything" but look more like a real sports car and less like an economy car...
