Well, All the cars u mentioned above, TL looks best and most powerful, but since money is an issue, i think you should go for Camery, maybe later days when u have more money u can buy a sport car.

GSR just too small for a family car. It is a Kid's luxury car. I will definitely get rid of it when i get marry.

As for how much u can get, i think around 10k, maybe little less.

Well to me it sounds like now is not the time to trade in the teg. Buying two cars withing a short time of each other is tough. As far as the price, assuming you can find someone that thinks your mods are worth anything, 10-11k should be a good price.

I'll talk ya back into it.

First, any kiddies? If so, all bets are off. If not, here's what to do: Swap out CAI for stock box plus a little $$ with somebody. It will quiet down intake roar.
Second, swap out tires for Conti touring or similar touring type tire. Quiets road noise considerably.
Third, if you have a cannon exhaust, swap it! (duh)
They ain't the quietest cars on the road but those items will help considerably. A little dynamat in the hatch area goes a long way too.

That Teg will still be fun to drive, reliable for years, great gas mileage, paid for, etc. etc.

On second thought, where do you live? Maybe you sell to me.....bargain price, motivated seller. Your Teg is a piece of crap. Give it to me.

Thanks for all the suggestions, guys.
I think I confused some people... I'm not buying two cars. The teg is probably gonna be around for another 5 years or so.

We're just in the process of looking for a car for my wife to be bought once we move to Houston later this month.

The Camry Limited Edition with leather upgrade is winning at this point...

I lived in Conroe for 10 years, on the lake. I can turn you on to some fun stuff to do. The Cajun Catfish festival in the fall, and the Montgomery Co fair and cookoff in the spring. If you have kids, take a weekday off in the summer and go to Splashtown. Moody Gardens in Galveston is also worthwhile, as is the Nasa tour. If you are going to live in Houston, get the windows tinted on your vehicles if they are not already, trust me. You now can switch to high performance, summer only tires too, so that is a plus. Toyota makes a fine vehicle, though they had some issues with the head gaskets on the V-6.

If you want to sell the AEM CAI, I would be interested.

sorry guys, not selling anything
as for taking the CAI off to reduce the noise, if i remember correctly, i don't think i noticed much of a difference in noise level between the stock airbox and the intake except under hard acceleration and the VTEC switch.

Camry's are very solid cars, and very quiet as well. I'm driving a 90 Camry V6 LE as my daily now. I like driving the GSR, but the Camry is nice when you're driving around everyday.
