where would i fill the clutch fluid in? top right ?

 

Definitely sounds to me like some kind of issue in the clutch release mechanism. It may however be a more serious problem than simply low fluid in the hydraulic system, because that doesn't strike me as something which would cause a catastrophic failure like you're describing.

Unfortunately my Helms manual is from '93 and the Integra had a cable clutch back then, so I can't give you more detailed info on how to troubleshoot it.
