91 Teg RS auto tranny problem
Need a little help for my g/f's 91 Integra RS.
the auto tranny does not shift all the way into park, so the instrument light (P) wont light and the key cannot be taken out of the ignition.
The problem goes away if the shifter is shaken after put in park
I thought it might have something to do with the shift lock located to the right side of the shifter.
If this is causing the problem is there anyway to disconnect the shiftlock mechanism or will this cause the ignition to lock so the car cannot be started.
Help would be greatly appreciated! THANX:thumbup:
