Default Odd electrical problem

My 92 Accord LX has been intermittently showing issues with the electrical system. Most notable is the fact that the radio sometimes turns off when I press the brake pedal. This will usually happen for a portion of my trip (10-20 mins or so) then all of the sudden stop. For example, I will be driving to work (35 min trip) and maybe about halfway or so, the radio cuts out for a second or 2 when I press the brakes. It comes right back on (whether I keep the brake pedal down or not) but will usually do it again as soon as I press the brakes. This might go on for 5 mins, or until I get to work. Usually the problem is gone when I go home or take lunch, but it is not uncommon for these episodes to show themselves a few times in a week, then go away for a month. Another problem I notice (which seems to show its head around the same time as the brake/radio episodes) is a low idle on deceleration. I will be approaching a stop, and when I press the clutch in the engine idle falls real low and gets rough. It will stay this way for 30-60 seconds and then the idle will smooth out. This happens on occasion and can last all day or more, but then it usually goes away for a while. I do notice that these 2 problems tend to happen around the same time, but not always together. The idle problem is more common that the brake/radio problem, but is just as random. The 3rd issues (which has only happened twice, but both incidents were preceded by the brake/radio bullshit) is a total loss of battery power after turning the car off. For example, I was driving to school today and the radio was shutting off on me. When I arrived, I parked my car to check my mail. When I got back in, everything was re-set (time, radio settings etc etc). This happened once before. Any thoughts? I cant see how this is a battery/alternator issue just by principle, but the battery is about 2 months old, and the alternator has never shown a sign of weakness. The battery would have been dead by now, given the time frame of the whole thing.
