That should not read as Drivers are greater than the Rule Book, that should read as find the Driver's dropdown navigation at the top of the ECHC page, then click on ECHC Rule Book.

that would suck to have to tear your engine down and rebuild it in time for the race.... oh well it was worth a try

would be good for a street car i suppose or something in a less serious & strict racing environment

The engine inspections would be subjected in a post-race atmosphere.

It would take more work to make this car street-legal than race-ready. This is a long-term project so it will be around for awhile.
