Default replacing cam seal

Anyone know of a good online tutorial with pics for replacing a cam seal? I've got a leak and want my friend to replace it for me. He knows Ford cars like the back of his hand, but only knows Jap cars to the extent of his CRX. Any specs and suggestions would be much appreciated.

On another note, when you get an engine flush, what fluid medium do they use to clean it? Can you do it yourself?

simple repair just make sure you torque it down to spec... or you wasted your time.

...taken from page 5. They're all the same according to both the 94 and 95 helms manuals.
