Help me solve coilover problem
I got skunk 2 coil over on my type r
It is adjusted 15 turns on the front, but they give me different wheel gap in the front.
Driver side is 1 finger gap and the passenger side is 2 fingers gap.
Why is that? I am bothered a lot because of this. Thanks much !

Can I assume your skunk 2 coilovers are height adjustable? The click adjustment at the top is there to adjust the damping ability of the shock, not the height. The only way to adjust the height is to change the adjust the shock body.
just my .02. Installing fully adjustable shocks can be a bit confusing if you haven't done it before.

There are too many variables.. You are being overly cautious IMO..
The ground may not be level.. the Spring may not be completed settled.. Your car is not perfectly symmetric. etc.
I would use a measuring tape, instead of the finger method.
After adjusting did you pull the ebrake? Also, did you just install the coilovers?

Skunk 2 does not make dampers.
Good suggestion though, if he does have adjustable dampers, hopefully he isn't adjusting that
The reason is that the weight on the front left and front right of the car is NOT equal..
Same goes for the rear.
You have to adjust all four corners individually to your liking - as they will need some tweaking to get right.
This all assumes that you are on a level area.
Also, except for visual purposed, identical l/r right height is not important - cornerweighting a car usually results in slightly uneven l/r heights....

What we did w/my Ground Controls when they first went on was to research what an OEM ITR's jack-reinforcement to ground was at all four corners.
Then we adjusted the Ground controls so that the height at all four jack reinforcement points was where the OEM ITR was, w/out counting threads.
Never had the first problem.
This is going to be a little rough, but short of actually having someone help you corner weight the car, I can't think of anything better to do.
Our own Scott Lear has an article on ITR suspensions in the latest issue of Grassroots Motorsports, and you might want to have a gander at that for the benefits of corner weighting.

I was thinking....H&R sport springs?
I just want to solve my problems
Thanks for all who contribute...I am still debating on what to do but certainly considering all ideas, especially measuring distance from the jack point.

I use to have a set of coil overs too, and I had the same problem.....
Like Chris N said, the weight on the car is not exactlly the same, and
therefore you won't get the perfect height when you adjust them the same,
I just use to play with it until I get the same height, it might mean that you have
to adjust the left / right side more...
