I use to have a set of coil overs too, and I had the same problem.....

Like Chris N said, the weight on the car is not exactlly the same, and

therefore you won't get the perfect height when you adjust them the same,

I just use to play with it until I get the same height, it might mean that you have

to adjust the left / right side more...
