Can I assume your skunk 2 coilovers are height adjustable? The click adjustment at the top is there to adjust the damping ability of the shock, not the height. The only way to adjust the height is to change the adjust the shock body.

just my .02. Installing fully adjustable shocks can be a bit confusing if you haven't done it before.
