Good set of headlights
I recommend the Silverstars as well. Have them in my Integra for 2 years now with the 9005/9006 conversion. Nice bright, white light. My buddy has stock lights and you can see a noticeable difference in area illuminated, light color, and intensity. They do seem to burn out a bit quicker than stock. I put 20,000 - 25,000 mi on my car each year and I replace them yearly.
You can them at Autozone for $20 a piece, or at Checker for $25.

PIAA is best hands-down besides HID's

This is a good writeup; even though it's on a BMW site it's still applicable.

Is that really still legal though? State specific, do you know about New York State laws? I mean, even though it points to the floor, if you're on a bumpy road, you'll still end up 'high beaming' the guy in front of you.
