1. I'm nearing 30,000 miles. What should I do under the hood to make it run a little smoother
2. Will advancing my timing fuck up my car. Any suggestive settings?
3. Did any of you ever upgrade motormounts or bushing, is it worth it?
4. Should I definately get my valves adjusted. Average Price for that type of job?
5. Any comments on plugs and wires?

Your ITR should need nothing except brake pads at 30000
I put polyurethane engine mounts on my Talon, useless!!! The vibrations almost drove me insane, needless to say I am running stock Mitsu mounts now. ITR sparkplugs are top notch. (my 2000 turbo ITR still has stock plugs, after 35000 miles, they are still perfect, do not waste your money.
I am also running stock wires, I had Magnecores on it, no difference, except the stockers fit better. Your valve adjustment does not need any attention either after 30000 miles. I played with mine to try to get rid of the signature clicking of any Honda motor. Do not waste your time, my vacuum levels went to hell, and I spent 2 days of trial and error to get it back to the way it was.
At this point spend your money on going fast, intake, header, exhaust, fuel controller, stuff like that!! Or if you really like power, boost it!!

Oh, I forgot about the timing. Keep it stock!!!!!!!!!!! I have extensively played with my timing, even with 8-10 Psi of boost, stock has been best.
Do yourself a favor, mark the spot where the distributor is in relation to the cylinder head (I notched it with a die-grinder) This way, if you do play, you will know exactly where the timing was prior to molestation.

I thought your supposed to get your valves adjusted
every 15000 miles. I already have intake, header, hi flow cat, exhaust, clutch, pullies. What's next. Vtec controller, fuel regulator?

Instrumentation.

If you are going to play with fuel, get a pressure gauge, and air/fuel ratio gauge (not super accurate, but will show you the signal that your ECU is seeing) An EGT is nice to have.

As far as the Vtec controller, I have a VAFC, and have played with various engagement points, but stock seems to be best.

Having proper instrumentation, in my opinion, before you make any changes, is fundamental. This way you know where you started.

A fuel rail, regulator, and injectors with a piggyback like the VAFC will get you started in fuel tuning. If you buy a fuel pump, get a forced induction pump, that way you'll have more potential for future mods.
