A/C gone
go to a shop and have them check if there is refrigerant in it
if not it takes like 100+ dollars to refill it

you can buy a can or two and the hose to refill it at autozone for around $50.
on a side note: my a/c doesn't work because my intake rubbed against the ac pipe and made a little hole. maybe the person before you had the same thing happen. its just from not giving it enough clearance

I remember reading somewhere that the drive belt has had a tendency to come off the pulley which could lead the a/c not working. Supposedly it's a problem with the 94-01 Integras. Might be worth looking at before bringing into a shop to get your a/c refrigerant checked.
