Default LBS of Torque on a strut bar

Hey, i have a strut bar in my teggy i think its made by OBX, and i was wondering how many lbs of torque do i need to tighten the bolts? thanks

Front or rear strut tower bar?

what bolts are you refering to? the ones ON the strut bar? of the ones that hold the strut bar in?

Front strut bar tower bolts are around 17 lb-ft .

really? thats not much. i use a breaker bar and put my weight on it h:
