well I'm not sure if I can be of any help with this issue...but my care is throwing a code of P1259 malfunction with the VTEC...NO SHIT! My car feels like an LS! My VTECH does not engage and feels the same all the way thru the power band like the other guy was saying.....does anyone know about this code? I am also using a VAFC but I had it professionally installed....it's been working great for about a year now no problems....GRRRRR...I hate this!

under the hood where your fuse box is next to your batt. look on the outside cause there will be stuff listed look for ecu it should be a blue 15 fuse then take it out for like 20 min also unplug your batt. then put batt. and fuse back in and start car but do not hit the gas for atleast 10-15 mins so your sensor can read everything.
