Default d15 check engine help

hi i have a 1991 civic wagon with the d15 motor, and starting today the check engine light has come on

i looked at the ecu code under the front foot panel on passenger side

and the lights are blinking

16 quick blinks

pause

17 quick blinks

pase

16 quick blinks...and so on

can someone help me with what this might be?

Code 14 ____ Electronic air control (EACV)
Code 15 ____ Ignition output signal
Code 16 ____ Fuel injector
Code 17 ____ Vehicle speed sensor

Code 19 ____ Lock up control solenoid (auto trans only)

that is weird car runs perfect and speedometer works fine..

Pop the hood, look at the fuse box, there will be a fuse that says hazard, pull that fuse for my 10 seconds and then put it back in and start the car, see if it still throws codes.

i completely agree, pull the hazard fuse or just disconnect ur battery for about 30seconds, then put it all back together, run ur car, see if it lights up, if it does check ur ecu, see what code it is and go from there or post the results and we'll give u some insight. fuel injector may have gotten clogged and then started spraying again? could be a lot of things

i just disconnected the battery and the ecu fuse....will go driving today

Don't disconnect the battery to clear out the ECU codes, because then you have to reset your clock and radio settings, if you just pull the hazard fuse that stuff won't be erased with it.
