ready to run? haha jk...no one is ever gonna beat the 1200 price tag i got on my new jrsc ahha you can run jrsc on stock everything, but full i/h/e would help breathing a lot...and a new clutch would be an order, as i roasted mine with maybe 10 runs. btw what bulbs u use behind ur speedo? also what digital boost gauge did u get? i've tried blue but it's hella dark. and there is no break in time for the JRSC...just make sure u warm up ur motor before u get on it. and check belt tension for the first few hundred miles.

genax - I'm in the Picnic Point area of Lynnwood, like 2 minutes away from Meadowdale.

LOwrestling - Im not breaking in the blower, im breakin in the engine. Basically not gunning it until im 100% sure everything is in fine working order. Since my engine has 90k on it now, I gotta start bein a lil more careful and make sure nothing is leaking etc.

Don't you have to eliminate the intake when installing SC? As for exhaust, should it be 3" diameter or can be 2.5?
Thanks

no, u eliminate ur intake with a turbo because the filter comes right off the turbo itself, not on the SC though. www.jacksonracing.com u can see how the SC works and is setup. u dont need a 3inch even tho i think it would help, but at hte same time woudl be extremely loud also. 2.5 would be fine, hell i'm runnin 60 mm (2.36 in) and i'm still makin good power, tho i dont doubt bigger piping would yield a few more horseys.

once i get a few more lil bugs figure out around here, im gonna get a kamikaze header with 2.5 downpipe to a 2.5 inch hi flo cat with a full 2.5" custom catback, and probably a Sebring Performance Muffler.
My friend put the same muffler on his turbo saab and it helped him out a bit in performance when he upped his boost, and it stayed quiet when just driving, and will growl when u punch it, which is what I want.

Im also thinking of the JRSC. Either that or selling my longvlock and grabbing a b20 to build and boost.

I wonder which would be faster?:naughty:

i pieced together my kit, doubt that deal will ever come up again hehe..i consider myself lucky. turbo is always gonna be faster in a straightline with the same amount of boost on a bigger turbo, plus turbos can run more boost based on the design. but the jrsc has it's advantages, esp on the street and autoX course . is the Sebring muffler as quiet as the RSR? if so i gotta get me one heh
