Alignment question

Would a 4 wheel alignment (the specs) be different for a LS than a Type r?

I got my LS aligned using Type R specs and I am thinking abuot taking it back and having them doing it properly.

Hmmm... Type-R's a little lower to the ground and diff suspension than your LS... not sure how it would affect allignment though
