Where do i get an alignment????
Well after i got my new suspension in last week i went around to see prices for alignment and install, i'm takin my car to xtreme auto salon to get everything installed and they suggested i take it to les schwab to get my alignment....the only problem is, the les schwab said they wouldnt touch my suspension because i have coilovers, and they said that they couldnt fix the alignment on my coilovers becasue when i started driving again they said it would just change...but that confuses me because that shouldnt happen....so what should i do??? the guys at the install shop said another les schwab across town will do an alignment for coilovers, but the thing about my coilovers throwing off my alignment when i start driving again doesnt sit right with me.....thats not a factual statement is it? ....so if anyone knows of a good place to get an alignment in federal way washington help me out...or i guess i can check this place across town, but just let me know if the guy at les schwab was bullshitting or not! thanks.....btw my new setup is kyb agx and gc coils with front and rear ingalls camber...
p.s. will i need to let the springs on the coilovers settle before an alignment? or is that just a non coilover thing?
thanks for your help sorry for the novel

I've never heard of coilovers changing your alignment right when you roll away from the shop. That doesn't make any sense. Sounds like you were talking to some douchebag who doesn't know performance suspension.
A lot of places are scared of lowered cars or modified suspension. Just find a shop that does lowered vehicles. You may end up paying a bit more, but it's worth it if they are the only ones in your area that know what's up.
And yes if you lower and raise the height, the camber will change, but there is no stock adjustment for camber anyway, so if you go real low, you'll need camber kits.

The alignment will change every time you raise or lower your car. Once you find a height you like, and get an alignment, the alignment would remain like it would on any normal car. The guy you were talking to didnt have all the right info.
I bought a lifetime alignment through firestone. 160 bucks. so far i've had at least 10 alignment =P

Ask everyone you see with a lowered car if they know someone who does it. I finally got a line on a dude that works at Mr Tire here in MD. Gonna hit that soon. Dont let it go too long without an alignment, your tires will wear much faster when your out of whack.

hell yea  i have the same thing... comes in sooo handy. But the one thing you wanna make sure of is not to put on any fancy rims when you take it to firestone, cause they don't seem to understand the concept of "don't scuff the rims" they ****ed up the lips on my C5s bahhh. So now everytime i take it in to get it aligned i put on the 15's
