Default Dumb question

Hi, I just got my aem cold air intake from some guy on the net. I have a 1994 Acura integra ls, the intake he sent me is for "1994-2001 acura integra exc. gsr or type r". Does that mean the intake is only for gsr and type r?
I know its a dumb question but I just want to be sure before I begin to install it, if anyone can help that would be great,
Thanks

it cant be for gsr and type r because a gsr intake wont fit a type r and vice versa. so its either gsr only or type r/ls/gs

Yeh, the GSR has the weird intake manifold. You can make it fit but you usually have to push some hoses and wires out of the way.

exc does mean exclude, but that would mean the intake won't fit the gsr or the type R. that would mean it doesn't fit any integra. Well thats what i get from it. It's a worded weird i guess. Just ask him which model it is for.

The reason it excludes gsr and typer is because the intake manifold is different and the throttle body is positioned different on the b18b, b18c1, b18c5. The b18b is in the gs, rs, and ls integra's.
