dumb outlook question

Default dumb outlook question

is it possible to transfer an outlook item into outlook express?

my last day at this job is on friday, and i saved some emails onto a CD. i only have outlook express at home, so im wondering if i can import them into it, to use as a viewer. i tried dragging and dropping, but it didnt work :dunno:

save the data file and load it in express :dunno:

see if express has an import function (under file menu or something). i know you can go from outlook to express that way.

ok, just tried it. apparently it doesnt let you import .msg files, but only complete folders from outlook or other mail programs?

You can export to a .pst file however, I dont know if outlook express will read it.
