Default Probably a dumb supercharging question...
....but I've noticed on SC kits, you usually get a new intake. Now, I already have an aftermarket intake on my Civic. Can I still bolt on an SC without having to use their intake?

Most of the times the SC just replaces the IM. But I think the Paxton ones like Vortech use there own. Not sure :dunno:

On most superchargers the throttle body isn't in stock location, which means the intake won't fit.

Nothing a little cutting won't fix. The intake is the least of your worries, believe me.
