Road Noise
I've got a couple questions that hopefully won't be too hard to find the answer to.
1. Is it typical to have lots of road noise when driving at highway speeds, I notice it a lot from the back tires (especially with the new v-rated tires)
2. I find that the car likes to wander over the bumps, ie. the steering wheel wants to turn significantly as i cross over the tire grooves in the road.
3. Musty sort of smell from the heater which fogs the windows but no leaks from heater core?
4. Noisy suspension when going over larger bumps and potholes
Any answers that anyone could provide would be awsome
Thanks!

Certain tread patterns do exhibit more road noise than others. I own a set of Falken Azenis and get considerable noise from them at moderate to high speeds.
I also find the steering wheel wanting to turn when it hits a groove in the road that's been worn down by tires. As long as your alignment is not out of spec and the car is not wondering to the left or right while driving in a straight line, I would just attribute this to road conditions, tire width, and vehicle speed.
Noisy suspension, I also have. My car is a 94 though, and I'm assuming this is just old age. Some of your bushings could be wearing out as well, as OEM rubber will deteriorate over time. May want to look at a good aftermarket set.

Thanks very much for the reply, it certainly puts my mind at ease. I've heard that aftermarket bushings tend to be "squeeky" even with liberal amounts of grease applied, if that's the case i think i'll look into stock replacement, what do thing?
I've read a lot here about fogged up interiors and i was wondering if other ppl get the same musty smell as me?
Thanks again

A simple sanitizer spray, like those sold in most petrol station mini-marts, works fine IMO. It will kill airborne bacteria, and help freshen the air a bit.
But if the smell is a really pungent, mold-like odor (sharp like spoiled milk), then you're probably better off finding the source of the smell and treating it directly.
Here's hoping it's the former.
Re: Steering "looseness".
Sadly, many cars with wide, low profile tires tend to "tramline" under braking.
AFAIK, there really isn't much you can do about it- other than running a sensible tire width. ( IMO, 205 to 215 is the widest tire a DC Integra should run on the street.) I can get into the mechanics of why this trait occurs, but that's for another thread.
