Default Forced induction, few questions

Ok, so I got my car back and am now feeling the urge to mod the snot out of it, well kinda. Im really considering going with the Jackson racing supercharger. From what Im reading it seems like a smooth install. Heres a couple questions for people that may have one or have a friend whos installed one.

Currently Im sporting a GSR.. 15k miles on the engine/tranny. Will my stock clutch withstand the SC? Ill be honest, Im not looking to change out the clutch, injectors... cams..ect. Im looking for the easiest bang for the buck.. with the least amount of hassle. Right now, Im pleased with its performance, but would like to stand out a bit more then the avg. joe who throws on a couple mods IE. I/H/E

I appreciate any information on this, I have been looking around a bit */search and hitting up google. But the best information I always get, tends to be from this community.

Yeah but turbo's require alot more as far as installation / modification and tend to be more harmful to your engine. IM not looking to squeek all I can from the engine but boost it up enough to hold its own. I was >< close to turbo charging my last Teg... was a 2k LS. Then I ended up trading it in for this GSR. As far as prices. Jackson SC go's for around 2500.00... while Turbo applications go ^ of 3000.00.

With a JRSC, a new clutch wont be necessary.

And a properly tuned turbocharger and properly tuned supercharger will be about the same in reliability, and while a supercharged GS-R will give you a power increase from 1-3.5K RPM, a turbocharged GS-R stands to make MUCH more power over 3.5K RPM...

Search for newgsrdriver's post on his supercharger vs turbo comparison... he's owned both
