I've had this problem for a while, but i havent really worried about it. Now im curious as to why.
When im driving around normally my teperature reads normal ( a little before the half point) and if i down shift and start driving it hard, the temp drops instantly near the C area.
I have a koyo racing radiator and everything else is pretty much stock. I bought it because my old one started leaking and i plan on building up my motor later. i know its overkill right now, but should the temp be dropping like that when i get on it?

Thanks, but I've read that one. I replaced my thermostat a few weeks ago because it was stuck close. My car runs at normal temperature, it just drops when i floor it, then it goes back up again.
