I think qtiger means if you got the jdm spec header with the 2.5 inch collector. JDM header >'s

I also had an AEM fuel rail and a FPR set at 5psi more then stock for the cams. And it was a CAI not SRI.

Qtiger, why would I have gained 10 hp with a different header?

Do you mean if I had a 4-1 header?
That 2 piece DC 4-2-1 is just trash imho. A longer primary header or quality 4-1 makes an enormous difference... and once you have aftermarket cams, it's an even larger power gain.

2.5" collector wouldn't hurt either.

Switching to a lighter flywheel doesn't make any power, it decreases the rotating mass of the driveline which improves transient response (a.k.a. how willing to change revs the motor is).

On the same note Mike does removing PS and AC make more power, however small it may be?

Yes. Even if the AC isn't on it takes a certain (small) amount of power to turn the belts and pullies, and the PS is constantly eating power.

I would put the ballpark at 5 or less horsepower for losing both.

Next spring I plan to put the car on the dyno to see where I am at...does anyone know how much HP a stock GSR puts at the wheels?

bolt-ons, ctr cams, obd1+ hondata, and some tuning would get you there.

I wouldn't really bother with the hassle of converting to OBD-I with a mild setup like we're talking about. A V-AFC is more than enough to get the car dialed in on a dyno.
