Default Oh my...help

My girlfriend SweetAccord was driving to work when she hears knocking sound in the engine area then the battery light, brake light, all the door lights came on. AC shut off, then the power steering gave out. So I drove straight home, cuz that knocking noise sounded like the same noise on my friend's prelude once, and I didn't want to turn off the car cuz it might not start again. Then later I opened the hood and both belts were like that (actually i pulled one of them out before I took that pic). I know the A/C will be effected but does it also affect the power steering?

Check to see if either the alternator, ps pump, or AC locked up.

Yes it would affect the power steering since the pump relies on the belt drive. Also you lost power because your alternator didn't supply any more juice.
