i need some help here. i have and "00" si and ever time i hit V-tech at 5,500 rpm in thrid gear it always grind. but itz fine in ever gear

its vtec bro. get ur tranny fluid changed with honda mtf or gm synchro mesh. and if that doesnt fix it, welcome to the wonderful world of everyone else having the same problems u do.
