Td05H Turbo/Manifold Spacer?
Ok, so I get the turbo/manifold mounted in the car last night and there are some clearance issues. My downpipe hits the AC compressor and the wastegate actuator on the turbo hits a bleeder valve on (I think) a slave cylinder on the front of the block. I measured with a pretty ghetto spacer, and it looks like with about 1" of drop from the manifold will give me all the right clearances. Question is, does anyone know where to find a turbo to manifold spacer plate? I can't seem to track any down for the Td05 bolt pattern...I might resort to having one machined at a local shop, but it might cost a fortune. I was thinking of taking a gasket to them, since it's pretty much the right dimensions and having them machine that shape only an 1" thick instead of 3/16" or whatever the gasket is. But I'm hoping to find one online, so if anyone has one or knows where to get one, I'd really really appreciate the info!

I have a TD05-14B mated to a T3 turbo maniold, using a steel plate.
I had the plate AND the exhaust turbine housing custom machined for my setup and it works great. Although it cost me $175.
I also modified the Wastegate actuator and I was able to keep my A/C, using an aftermarket FAL-thin style fan. Although I'm prob gonna remove this now, as the car is no longer my DD.
I highly doubt you will be able to find one already made, best bet is to have one made. Besides, you will need to have the exhaust turbine machined so that you can attach the turbo.
Want some pics? I have my motor out on my stand and my turbo ready to be ported...

With this 1" drop spacer, I can keep my AC because the downpipe clears it fine, and the wastegate actuator doesn't hit that little bleeder valve anymore. I did a mock up fit, everything fits perfect. My only problem now is finding a thinner fan to go on the radiator.
I did find some plates on Ebay but they were only 1/4" or so thick.

My plate is prob at least 1" thick... If it's not this thick, it would be difficult to mount the plate to the manifold, then bolt the turbo to the plate...
Basically, to attach the plate to the turbo manifold you need to conter-sink 4 bolts in the plate... Then attach studs to the plate and bolt down the turbo on the studs...
But, if you don't have the turbine housing machined, I don't see how you are going to attach the 4th bolt, as the turbo normally bolts to the manifold...
So in order to keep AC on the b18, aside from the proper manifold, you will need a thin A/C fan? Anything else? Special downpipe?

the reason i went with the greddy kit was that the manifold/turbo/downpipe/downpipe elbow allowed me to keep the ac, powersteering, and stock fans.
