Actually, a spacer will work great... I have one and I know of a couple people around me using steel plates to mount DSM and Subaru IHI turbos...

I have a TD05-14B mated to a T3 turbo maniold, using a steel plate.
I had the plate AND the exhaust turbine housing custom machined for my setup and it works great. Although it cost me $175.
I also modified the Wastegate actuator and I was able to keep my A/C, using an aftermarket FAL-thin style fan. Although I'm prob gonna remove this now, as the car is no longer my DD.

I highly doubt you will be able to find one already made, best bet is to have one made. Besides, you will need to have the exhaust turbine machined so that you can attach the turbo.

Want some pics? I have my motor out on my stand and my turbo ready to be ported...
