Default Check engine light

Check the grounds are clean and tight (body, transmission, thermostat housing, valve cover). A bad ground can cause sensor readings to go haywire. All electricity flows from positive battery terminal back to ground (negative battery terminal)
If the negative battery cable looks bad or damaged in any way, replace it with a new honda factory negative battery cable. (Neg battery terminal clamp, body ground, transmission ground).
Check battery terminals are clean and tight
Check wiring connections are clean (at the sensor and wiring harness to ECU). Use contact cleaner to remove any corrosion/dirt.

take care,
ChrisS
