Default turbo time and power locks

ok so i can lock my car with the turbo timer running but then as soon as the the car shuts off it unlocks again and its lame so i want to disconnect the power locks because i dont really like them anyway so my idea is to just take off the door panels and disconnect the power lock connector...is there any reason this wouldn't work and is there a better way?

It depends if you have an alarm as well. All the door switch plugs do is regulate that particular switch, not necessarily the entire system. You would have to go to the other end of the plug for that, which without a Helms handy, I couldnt tell you where it is.

Just ditch the turbo timer if you ask me.
