Default speakers into a 95 civic

i just got my head unit installed, and i put my speakers in the back recently as well. now i want the fronts as well. i am aiming for just 6 1/2's. i was wondering if you guys could help me out in explaining the process of installing them. i kind of fear taking off the whole door panel and worring about fussing with all that good crap. a local place will do it for $35 but i would rather do it myself, any help?

the door panel is easy to take off. it's only 3 screws, one in the lock/handle of the door, one in the coin/handle of the door, and one plastic screw near the mirror cover by the front of the door. you might be able to get it in there by just removing the speaker grill, but it's easier to just take the door panel off. after you take out those 3 screws and remove the trim & coin/handle the panel just pops off. lemme know if you need anymore help...

Ok i dont know if this is a coupe, but if it is, then you just need to take the grill off and you can easily remove and install the new speakers.

I am not sure about your grills, but mine just pull the top, then slide up, it snaps in, then down. I hope that makes sense
