Prelude-96 vtec help

I am putting in a cai into a vtec prelude. I ran into kind of an obstacle. There is a intake control solenoid valve. What the heck am i suppose to do with it?

just cap off the vacume lines and remove all the **** that goes with it...... none of it really matters
