$2k of headporting? You won't get anywhere NEAR 100 hp.

See seth this is where being specific comes into play.Do you mean $2000 worth of headwork,port and polishing,or total engine work?There is no way on earth to get 100hp out of PnPing a Honda head.As a matter of fact since the heads come from the factory with fairly good flow,there really isn't $2000 worth of work to do.Also there have been a couple people I seen that thought they could and wound up bogging there motors down so bad that they had to get new heads.

Because they were flowing TOO much fuel? What if you Bored out the block and resleeved it?

What?Too much fuel?No because if you port a head to much it makes air flow in and out slower.Example,with your mouth,make a O shape and blow air through it,now do it and open your mouth more.You don't get the same velocity.Same theory,your motor forces out exhaust and sucks in a new charge of air.If the openings are too much,air flow is hendered.
